- Deposit: upon arrival, you will be requested to leave a deposit of €150 to cover incidental charges to the apartment. The amount will be refunded in case of no damages.

- Price: includes WIFI – sheets/towels – utilities (water, light, gas) – use of the swimming pool and sun beds and sun umbrellas – BBQ – outdoor parking space (1 car/apartment).
Not included in the price:
- Air conditioning € 8/day; Heating € 10/day.
- Washing machine € 5 per token.
- A cleaning fee of € 50 (1-bedroom apartments) and € 60 (2-bedroom apartments) per stay applies for stays of more than 5 nights. For 1-night stays, if the kitchen and/or BBQ are used, then a cleaning fee of 20€ and/or 20€ applies.
- Animals: pets are not allowed.
- Stays: from Saturday to Saturday (the possibility exists to book shorter stays from September to June).
- Arrival: from 16:00 onwards.
- Departure: before 10:00 on the day of departure.
